Epic Rehab is delighted to be seeking an experienced office administrator to join our friendly and professional team in Sutherland.
As part of our valued support staff this role is key to the the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring we provide the best service to our clients we can. You will provide administrative support to our therapists and be the first point of contact as well as be the go-to person responsible for maintaining an efficient working environment.
This role is part-time based in Sutherland.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with external key stakeholders
  • Maintenance of office supplies/consumables
  • Manage client bookings for our clinic
  • Coordinate office events
  • Support Company projects
  • Handle incoming calls, mail, emails, and visitors
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Update CRM and online Diary system
  • Follow health, safety, and security procedures

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous office or team administration experience
  • Good communication skills, excellent time management skills & high attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Able to problem solve
  • A self-starting, motivated, and passionate individual who takes initiative
  • Double vaccniated
  • Available to work part-time in our Sutherland office
